The staff truly made me feel welcome, treating me like a friend from the moment I arrived.
The sliding window in my ground floor room didn't lock easily, which made me feel a bit concerned about security.

The staff and cleaning woman we encountered were friendly.
Checking in was fine, but I was put off by all the excessive rules posted at the front desk. My first-floor room faced a trash-filled area, and the sliding window didn't lock easily, leaving me feeling unsafe.

The hardwood floors felt clean and modern, making it a fresh environment, while the location provided easy access to dining options within walking distance. However, the pillows were uncomfortable and flat, which impacted my sleep quality, and the bathroom amenities were rather sparse. Surprisingly, despite being a spacious room, the TV's aspect ratio was difficult to adjust, which was frustrating. Breakfast offered fresh coffee, a nice touch to start the day.

enjoyable stay, but room needs updates
The staff was very welcoming, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The location is excellent, close to the iconic Peachoid water tower, which made for a great photo opportunity. I appreciated the decent selection at breakfast, especially the Belgium waffle maker that added a nice touch. It was also great to access fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel.
The room felt a bit outdated and could use some freshening up.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially loving that there’s no carpet in the rooms—just makes everything feel fresher. I took full advantage of the nice pool area and had a relaxing time in the comfy lounge. The only downside was that the shower could use a little more water pressure, but it didn’t ruin my experience at all! 😊

I loved the charming lobby, especially the beautiful chandelier that added a warm touch. The staff was incredibly friendly, and Ethan helped me find a room close to my car, which made my stay much more comfortable.
More senior-friendly seating in common areas would help.

The lobby looked great, clean and bright. Beds were comfortable, and the room was spacious. I liked the hardwood floors, felt fresh and modern. The breakfast offered decent options, especially the Belgium waffles. Shower pressure was fantastic, though the bathroom felt a bit bare. Had some trouble with the TV's aspect ratio, but the WiFi was speedy. Some items did need attention. the pillows were not so great, more like a miss than a plus. The sofa had seen better days, and I noticed a stale smoke odor embedded in the furniture. The sliding window in my room was concerning as it was hard to lock. Overall, it met my needs but there are definitely aspects that could be improved.

Pet-friendly with clean facilities
I truly appreciated the clean environment, especially since I was traveling with my two dogs. The hardwood floors made the room feel fresh and easy to maintain. Also, having a room close to the door made it convenient to take the dogs out. However, I did wish for more variety at breakfast, as it could have been more substantial.
